BUDDY LEE ATTRACTIONS
ADDS FRESH NEW TALENT TO ICONIC ROSTER
Buddy Lee Attractions (BLA) is pleased to announce the addition of two flavorful, must-see newcomers,
Kree Harrison and Daphne Willis. Harrison and Willis join the flourishing list of entertainers on the BLA roster including Justin Forrest, Halfway to Hazard, Brooke Hogan, Sonia Leigh, Radio Romance and more.
“We are thrilled to welcome Kree an Daphne, artists with distinct talent and diversity, to the BLA family of entertainers,” said Mike Meade, Vice President and Representing Agent, Buddy Lee Attractions“These two young ladies offer a taste of a diverse musicality that will satisfy the palate for music listeners who want to be tantalized by what they hear.”
Kree Harrison became a household name as an “American Idol” finalist (Season 11/2012). She wowed hearts of millions with her calm demeanor and effortless vocals (compared to The Judds, LeeAnn Womack and
Patsy Cline). No stranger to the music entertainment industry or the television screen, Kree appeared on “The Rosie O’Donnell Show” as a 10-year-old; she signed her first record deal with Lyric Street Records soon thereafter. Kree moved to Music City in 2002 to establish her footing as a songwriter and performer. She’s since written with some of Nashville’s top writers, her voice appears on hundreds of demos and she’s sung back-up/harmony vocals for various signed artists. Kree is currently working on her next studio album.
“I am so excited to work alongside Buddy Lee Attractions to share my new record with the world. With their amazing staff and the team at Plaid Flag Music, I can’t wait for what’s ahead in 2016!” notes Kree.
With Chicago roots and Texas ties, Daphne Willis brings both musicality and grit to the songs she writes and performs. Born to a classically trained vocalist and audio engineer, Daphne developed a confidence, melodic mastery and vocal range early on; her extraordinary talents have drawn admirers from all over the globe. Daphne recently released her latest six-track EP, entitled GET IT, in November. A combination of pop wonder and old school sound, and overflowing with upbeat musical compositions, the collection features tunes written alongside artists such as Meghan Trainor and Spencer Ludwig.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such a reputable booking agency,” states Willis. “I have a rock star team behind me and look forward to working closely with BLA.”
