We don’t know about you, but CDX is so excited for the fall season! Another week has successfully been completed, and we’re ready to share with y’all what we’ve been up to.
TUESDAY, SEPT. 22
J. Michael Harter (Broken Bow Records) joined us at CDX HQ to perform his single, “Playing With Fire” along with a couple other awesome jams. DOWNLOAD “Playing With Fire” from CDX Vol. 619 HERE. Also, remember that you can tune in to LIVE PERFORMANCES here at the CDX office from on the go via the Periscope app! Follow us on Periscope: @CDXNashville
We also added a few more tracks to the CDX Download Center. Find tracks by artists such as The Oak Ridge Boys, Dave and Whitney, Eric Chesser, Sammy Hakim, and John Conlee. Head on over to http://www.cdxcd.com to check ’em out on Vol. 23!
WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 23
We celebrated the first day of Fall!
THURSDAY, SEPT. 24
Fiddles, guitars, and vocals… Oh my! The man of many talents, Jake Clayton, stopped by CDX HQ to play some songs for us! Fun fact: He is SELF-TAUGHT. Amazing, right?
Make sure to also check out the video of Jake playing “Orange Blossom Special,” which can be found on the CDX Instagram (@CDXNashville).
Later that night, our VP/GM Joe Kelly enjoyed live music by Daryle Singletary in Mount Juliet!
FRIDAY, SEPT. 25
Today, we had the pleasant surprise of a box of Gigi’s Cupcakes hand-delivered to us by CDX clients Greg Sterling and Didi. Thanks, y’all! (Cupcakes did not last long. At all.)
Thanks for catching up with us! Now go enjoy the first official weekend of fall, y’all!!
