Music Industry veteran, Rusty Harmon, and well versed industry entrepreneur, Sunni Ray, have joined forces to create Nashville’s newest management firm,HARMON Music Management. HMM has inked contracts with Nashville’s hottest new trio, STELLA // JAMES, Americana singer/songwriter, Jeanne Jolly, recent Madison Square Garden National Anthem performer and soulful songstress, Laura Reed, and the talented Maryland natives/country rock duo, Chesapeake Sons. With the continuously evolving industry, we feel the addition of a publishing division will strengthen our management team.”

A native of North Carolina, Rusty Harmon, began his career in the music industry 26 years ago managing Hootie & the Blowfish.
